At cuddlepair.com, we specialize in bringing the latest pet trends directly to your door. By shipping directly from our international partners in China, we cut out the middleman to offer you premium gear at competitive Canadian prices.

1. Delivery Estimates
We ship to all provinces and territories, from BC to Newfoundland.

Order Processing: 1–3 business days.

Shipping to Major Hubs (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary): 10–18 business days.

Shipping to Rural/Remote Areas: 15–25 business days.

2. Tracking Your Package
Every order includes a tracking number. We typically use ePacket or YunExpress, which transfers to Canada Post once the package clears customs in Richmond (BC) or Mississauga (ON).

Note: Please allow 3–5 days for your tracking number to activate as your package moves to the international sorting center.

3. Duties, Taxes, and Customs
Since your order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) assessment.

Orders under $40 CAD: Usually arrive duty and tax-free.

Orders over $40 CAD: May be subject to GST/HST depending on your province.

Note: Any import duties or brokerage fees charged by Canada Post or CBSA are the responsibility of the customer.

4. 30-Day Delivery Guarantee
Under Canadian Consumer Protection guidelines, if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reshipment.
